Third Plate Catering was founded by Melodee Boykins, whose love for cooking was sparked at a young age in the kitchen alongside her beloved Aunt Ann. Whenever Melodee hesitated or questioned a step, her Aunt would simply say, “Just do it, Melodee”. Those words stuck—and they’ve become a guiding principle in her life and business.“
